Remote microsampling with Mitra® Tips and VAMS® technology offers a convenient way to collect precise blood samples for decentralized health monitoring. This study assessed the stability of over 630 metabolites in VAMS and DBS samples, aiming to confirm whether these methods support at-home sampling and can be effectively used in quantitative metabolomics workflows.
