We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Rep (SDR) to join our team. This SDR position is a launchpad into a business development role within Neoteryx. 

In this role, you will be a crucial asset in accelerating sales growth by strategically hunting and nurturing business opportunities! The SDR typically initiates first contact with potential customers and is entrusted to establish a good relationship from day one.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Collaborate with business development reps on strategies for prospect outreach
  • Partner with marketing to produce content for use in outreach
  • Data mine prospects using a variety of resources – CRM, LinkedIn, Google, etc.
  • Conduct high volume prospecting through calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualify, nurture, and manage prospects using the Neoteryx sales process
  • Advance qualified opportunities to business development reps with warm transfers
  • Learn the landscape, drivers, and challenges of a variety of business sectors


We are looking for people who have:

  • Desire and commitment to be in sales
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections daily
  • Initiative to find the resources needed to be successful in this role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s Degree (in science-related field a plus)
  • Ample experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot software (a plus)
