We are seeking a Corporate Development Manager with expertise in strategic planning and relationship building to further the goals of Neoteryx.  This position offers an excellent opportunity for cross-functional work with internal stakeholders to assess, develop, and execute strategies that directly impact the success of Neoteryx and modernize healthcare.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Drive and support a wide range of corporate initiatives with research, analysis, and project management
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities. Develop a pipeline of opportunities through networking and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive lists of potential partners
  • Support all aspects of partnership development, including opportunity creation, strategic analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, negotiation, and integration
  • Manage key partnerships with the goal of driving revenue.
  • Work across the organization to ensure partners have support required
  • Be an internal expert on our market landscape. Conduct market analyses and make recommendations on which opportunities Neoteryx should pursue.

We are looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA. Finance undergrad a plus.
  • 5-10 years proven experience in a similar role
  • Broad understanding of and 3+ years experience in healthcare and clinical laboratory testing
  • PE / VC / Start-up experience a plus
  • Financial modelling experience and project management certification a plus
  • Flexible and comfortable within a “roll-up your sleeves” environment
  • A persuasive negotiator with exceptional interpersonal skills
